Qualitymanagement

In 1969, NOVAPAX started with its quality management. With its Q101 control system, Ford was a pioneer of quality control in the automotive industry. Quality assurance replaced quality control. In a relatively short time, all other car companies followed suit, and a catalogue of rules was introduced for the entire German automotive industry, according to the VDA (Association of automotive industry). The certification sector continued to develop the rules further and the amount of data became so great that the demand could only be handled with an efficient IT system. Today more than 15 employees work in the Quality department. The customers expect Zero Defect delivered parts. The goal of NOVAPAX is to get as close as possible to this standard. Checks are labor-intensive, aided by digital cameras and by a continuous improvement of production processes.
