Novapax is managed by Dipl.-Kfm. Heinrich XVI Prinz Reuß.
The graduate in business administration has worked in the plastics industry from the very beginning, first on the raw materials side and then as a managing director in various plastics processing companies.
Following the death of Wolfgang Steiner in 2023, the shareholders of Novapax are confident that the management and the workforce, together with the shareholders, will successfully continue on the path they have chosen.
The common goal is to continue to develop the company and maintain continuity. Employee and customer orientation are equally important pillars for stability and success.
Management yesterday
Novapax was founded in 1949 by Johann Steiner (1915-2005) and his brother Walter Steiner (1923 – 2010) founded the company. In 1972, Johann Steiner hands over the management of the company to his son Wolfgang Steiner (1943 – 2023).
For over 50 years, Wolfgang Steiner shaped and managed the company in the 2nd generation as managing partner through his commitment and vision. He has gone his own way, energetically and authentically for Novapax and has lived and shared the highs and lows with the employees.
